Please read the terms carefully before using the Rabbit Bookkeeper website. This website is operated by Tim and Kim Ringenbach of Ringenbach Rabbitry (http://www.ephiny.net). "We", "us", and "our" in this agreement refers to the Rabbit Bookkeeper website and its operators.

The use of the website constitutes acceptance of this agreement. By using this website you are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree you may not access any part of the website for any means.

This website uses cookies to remember your login information and may have ads placed that may use cookies.

Content

  • This website (logo, visuals, full content) has been created by Ringenbach Rabbitry and is protected by copyright law. You may not used it except for it's intended purpose.
  • Some portions of this website use third party software which is under its own copyright terms.

  • Individual account information, breeder information, pedigrees and data entered by subscribers is property of the user. You grant us permission and all necessary licenses to store this data and use it for the purpose of this website. The data may be stored indefinitely, and we may retain it even if you delete it from this site. (This data may be used for an "undelete" feature, or simply be present in old backups, or used for other purposes.)

  • A subscription is required to be active and current to modify or enter new information. Upon expiration the pedigree portion MAY be accessible to read or download data that has been entered prior to expiration only. See subscription terms for more information. We have no obligation to provide you any access to this site and service once your subscription expires, and what is available without a subscription may change at any time for any reason.

  • No information collected on this website shall be shared with third parties, except as required by law. Information MAY be shared with other users of this site or made publicly available if we later expand this service to offer sharing features. However, no warrenty is offered as to the security of this website.

  • New tools may be added but we do not guarantee or specify when these tools will be available for public use. We reserve the right to change the subscription cost or payment schedule at any time (though will honor any paid portion in full.)

  • The primary purpose of this website shall be to enter full pedigrees of rabbits for printing or downloading, with the ability to access them on any device connected to the internet, subject to browser compatibility. (Computer, laptop, mobile device or tablet.)

  • It is up to the user to provide honest information about every pedigree. We are not responsible for incorrect or purposefully false data supplied to anyone by any of our users.

    Termination

  • Any account may be terminated by us or the user at any point in time. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any sort of termination whether by the user or the site owners. Cases of abuse, spamming or potentially offensive content will be removed immediately.

  • Users may request full deletion of their account if they no longer wish to use the website or receive communication from us. Subscription costs will not be refunded and data will not be retrievable once this has occurred. Copies of the data may still exist on our servers and in our backups.

    Third Party Links

  • We are not responsible for any third party websites linked from this website. All users are responsible for the content they click on, use, post or share. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites.

    Subscription

  • All new users are eligible for a free 30 day trial with full access to the site. Data created by one account is never accessible to any other account. Abuse from creating multiple accounts for the free trial will be terminated in full with no warranty and restricted from all future registrations.

  • The price structure shall be $5.00 per month or $20.00 per year.

  • At this time, all payments are to be made online through Paypal. It is up to the user to specify one charge only, or a recurring subscription charge. It is the users responsibility to log into their Paypal account and cancel any subscription they no longer want, but in doing so your account will expire once term to use the site is up.

    No warranty

  • No warranty is implied or expressed, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and no compensation will be given.
  • You agree that in no event shall we be liable for more than your most recent subscription payment.
  • In case of billing error or dispute, you agree to contact us by email at support@rabbitbookkeeper.com to attempt to resolve the issue.

    Communication

  • We may email you from time to time to tell you about new tools, problems or remind you of subscription changes when you renew or are running low.
